Orlando prosecutors won't press child sex charges against a man arrested after being rescued from eight hours at sea when he jumped off a cruise ship. Michael Mankamyer faced potential child molestation and sexual assault charges, but state prosecutors decided earlier this month not to pursue them when the alleged victim recanted.
