Attorneys for Reade Seligmann say a newly provided bank ATM photo is further evidence of his alibi. The defense also provided more details about Reade Seligmann's timeline during the night of the lacrosse party in the motion filed on Sunday:
Between 12:05 a.m. and 12:14 a.m. on March 14, 2006, Reade Seigmann called his girlfriend 6 times and another person twice. [None of the calls were longer than 36 seconds]. At 12:14 a.m. Reade called On Time Taxi and Shuttle Service. At 12:19 a.m. taxi van drivers Elmostafa picked up Reade and Robert Wellington at the corner of Watts Street and Urban Avenue [1 1/2 blocks from party house] and took them directly to Wachovia Bank at the corner of West Main Street and Ninth Street in Durham, NC. They were there for approximately two minutes while Reade used the ATM machine between the time of 12:24:12 a.m. through 12:25:23 a.m. Then Elmostafa drove Reade and Robert Wellington to the Cookout Restaurant, then to Duke University's West Campus and dropped them off at approximately 12:45. 12:19:00 a.m., (Mostafa, owner of On Time Taxi) picks up Reade Seligmann and Robert Wellington at the corner of Watts Street and Urban Avenue (1.5 blocks from house). He takes them directly to the Wachovia Bank at the corner of West Main Street and Ninth Street in Durham, N.C.
12:24:12 a.m., (bank receipt & security camera) Reade Seligmann uses the Wachovia Bank ATM. He was at the ATM for approximately two minutes (12:24:12 a.m. to 12:25:23 a.m.)

HANNITY: He's calling his girlfriend multiple times between 12:07, 12:14. At 12:14 he calls the cab company. He's in the cab a block and a half away at 12:19. And there he is in the ATM machine and then later he's back in the dorm.
You've got to admit, based on what we know — the corroboration of the neighbor, corroboration of the cab company — this is an awful case for the prosecutor right now.
BREMNER: Well, but the thing is I was thinking of a very famous Black Panther, and that's Eldridge Cleaver. You're either part of the solution or part of the problem. I this case, you know, do we want to try this whole case in the media and have the media decide?
HANNITY: Tell that to Mr. Nifong, who made 70 statements before the defense had an obligation to come out and correct some of the things that he said, at least from their standpoint.
